I don’t even want to give them 1 star. I went yesterday before picking up my daughter from daycare. I asked for dip. I chose a color that was natural thinking 2 dips would look good with my skin tone. I told her the length and shape and the trimmers didn’t even trim right. They didn’t cut all the way like they were dull. She filed them and they weren’t even. There was another lady that ran out of there after finally getting finished and she was pissed because they charged her for something I don’t know what. The color looks horrible. Not at all what I chose on the palette. I left thinking it was the lighting and decided today to call back. The Manager, Amy, was so rude. She said she would not change the color without charging take off and a new set. It hasn’t even been a full 24 hrs. She said I am taking from her? Crazy, I will go back to Guess Nails in Old Katy. Never going back here and I actually have referred people to them. My mom decided too she was not going back here and my coworker’s nails chipped right away that she said she would try Guess nails too. Do not waste your time or money going here. They rush you. I was there for 30 mins.
