  Hi, sorry if this came in late...we brought our 5 year old boy to snip-its katy last December and it's his first real salon haircut since he has autism so getting a haircut is always a battle until we give a try. When I made a call they told me they don't make appointments since it's a walk-in basis but Ronnie (I spoke with) was very kind to consider to gave us an appointment when I told her that waiting in line is very difficult for a child with autism. When we got there the place is very kid friendly that it almost felt like a playroom and right away we were ushered to Martha, our stylist and she's a God-send!!! She was very patient and very nice to our boy. And haircut was perfect! Will recommend to everyone out there.
