  UPDATE: In response to your inability to grasp what your receptionist and spa manager were incapable of fulfilling, I advise you to first introduce yourself and ask the customer what happened. Instead you assume and you know what that makes you. I don’t know who you’re referring to since no member gave me their name. I now know you are Bill Evans and Spa Manager is Victoria Lu, she tried to belittle me and make a point that I was an inconvenience who should be grateful to accept her treat. Thing is I bought that package and called to confirm the appointment, the honorable thing would be to acknowledge their mistake and let us enjoy the massage in peace. Instead I was bombarded with accusations from receptionist and Victoria, trying to insinuate I was at fault and should just leave. There never was 4 staff members trying to reach me, no help from front desk, and no follow up. The receptionist herself told me that she was the only one who tried to reach me Saturday. Which I followed up with and confirmed an appointment with Sunday. I’m proud to stand up for myself and to expect better from a business place. Your receptionist didn’t fulfill her responsibilities and Victoria ran on hearsay instead of listening to the customers explanation. You then used my personal information and gave it to a 3rd party which called my personal number referring to my original review. You probably bully negative reviews this way and it works out for you. I’m worried for your workers and future customers. So I am making a report with police, with spa licensing (which you aren’t certified with), Groupon, and chamber of commerce. God Bless and hope this business changes.
