  It was my first visit to this location. I have visited other Supercuts locations in the past and I have always been pleased with my visit. I went in to take off 2’ or 3’ inches for my hair and a retouch up trim on my bangs. Pretty simple, everything was going fine until the stylist started to cut my bangs.
  
  She assumed I had a side bang and started cutting. I actually told her ahead of time when I sat down how I wanted them cut and I never mentioned a side bang. She never sectioned out my bangs from my hair or readdressed to confirm what I wanted before she started cutting.
  
  When I processed what had happened, that’s when she told me she thought I told her I had a side bang, which I didn’t, so she lied in my face. My bangs are too short and uneven.
  
  Super disappointed. I will never visit this place again and I don’t recommend you do either.
